@guyNbluejeans He was at our local K-Mart today, and he really is a nice guy. I bought an autographed photo and a jersey, and he let me hold his Super Bowl XV ring. Real good guy, but it really is too bad that his hands were injured so badly.

This man is a beautiful human being. He was here in my Walmart selling some of his pics and jerseys. He was kind and friendly even though I told him I just couldn't afford to buy anything at this time. His fingers are all deformed from his hard-playing football days.:-(

Cool guy he was in hollister selling merchandise for march of dimes 5-5-10...but he was a 49ers and im raiders..got to hold the superbowl ring 81 nice and heavy...

In all honesty, I really didn't know who Cedrick Hardman was, until I ran across him while watching Stir Crazy. His character was in inmate and I was awestruck by how handsome he was, so of course I googled the movie find out more. It was very interesting to find out that he was an accomplished football player. Way to go!!! See, you learn something new everyday :-)

I had the privilege of playing football for him at Laguna Beach High School. Best coach i ever played for and Laguna blew by letting him go! Very sweet man, full of knowledge and impecable work ethic. Took of bunch of spoiled white boys and mad them tough and actually created a good football team. Blessings to you Cedric.

I agree with all the positive post's here, and also will say that I was lucky enough to get a photo of Cedrick, while wearing HIS 1980 superbowl ring earned with the Raider's ..... sweet ! very gentle man after all those bone crushing yr's in the NFL , his left hand is trashed, with broken finger's never re-set....
look up "tough-guy" in the dictionary and you will see his photo...................
