Stunning, universal. Such passion, such beauty from suffering.

I was fortunate to see these wonderful musicians live about 4 years ago. One of the most musically fulfilling experiences in my life. It reminded me that great music doesn't have a label or a prescription. It is an expression of the self. I was blessed for almost 2 hours (we begged for an encore....or two). I am amazed by their ability to convey emotion through simple song and their ability to tell a story without the listener even speaking their language.

I love this group .. and Paul Simon. I'm a 68yr old USA "southerner" ... raised in the time of segregation here; to me, that was a very long time ago. As I listen to this song, I'm reading all the comments .. to me, it's a shame that almost everything is along black / white lines. Why can't it just be great, entertaining music ... by talented "people?"

@TraditionIsBeautiful Shut up and stop creating divisions. Every race can sing in harmony; look up 'Chant of the Templars - Salve Regina', which is really old, obviously.
And for one of the most complex harmonies of all time, look up Gregorio Allegri - Miserere Mei, Deus (Psalm 51)
Idiot.
