In The 5 Rules of Thought: How to Use the Power of Your Mind to Get What You Want, Mary T. Browne turns her attention to the subject of thought -- the most powerful tool we have for bringing the things we want into our lives. Like the teachers who contributed to the bestselling book The Secret, Mary T. Browne takes what she has learned from studying the ancient wisdom of The Masters and from her more than two decades of experience as a spiritual counselor to offer readers a precise program they can use to apply the Power of Thought to get the things they want. The 5 Rules of Thought take you beyond positive thinking, creative visualization, and the law of attraction to an understanding of what you can do to transform your life by transforming your thought. Mary T. Browne will teach you how to use the 5 Rules of Thought to get the money you desire, the true love you crave, and better health. In short, the life you've always dreamed of.

  • I'll have to think about this...

  • Nice plug for your book. But it is easier said than done. To tell people to focus is fine if we all had this clock-work ticker where could simply switch focusing on and off like a light. Many people's minds are plagued with overactive brain synapses and it is no easy matter to will it away. That's why drugs like ritalin are often prescribed.

  • Those sound like good rules for getting anything done. I could be wrong but it seems, "know what you want," leaves too much room for people to choose fallacious things to want. Why not for instance, start the list with something like, "Know why you should want what you want."

  • great info!

  • This reminds me of when Brian wrote that goofy book on Family Guy.

  • I never liked to focus on anything because it feels like I'm wasting time. As in, I feel more productive if I'm mentally multitasking, but apparently that screws up intention..

  • it is obvious you were born into it, your words sound empty

to top it off you want to read my comment before posting, that says you are insecure about negative remarks......good luck
