@kong2bai yes the 685 are nice i have a pair have had them for about a year and upgraded my equipmet to rotel seperates and got some new cables it changed the sound so much but yhey are worth the money they do go prety low in the bass but a verry clean speaker for the money it does ake some time to break in to get the best out of them

@gonzaga3c Your comment and this song brings back memory of my set of DM601, sad that I had to let it go last year.
I'm in the process of purchasing a new set of 600's, would you recommend the 685?

@kong2bai Hi, to be honest I only ever heard the 685 in the shop (demo)..As a previous owner of B&W I dont think you will be dissapointed with the uprated versions.Maybe best thing is to demo one...But make sure shop use the same if not similar equipment you gonna be using.Again its all down to your budget too...Try and demo speakers as much as you can within your budget..Dont just put your head in one brand as other can always do better..Also make sure you bring a variety of CD to play with.

@kong2bai As you may already knew that system matching plays a big part on how your set up work to sounds good...So take your time in choosing the right speaker for you coz' at the end of the day its you who gonna be listening to it..I do read reviews, listen to sales person but most importanly I listen with my ears.
