This is just an overview of what I want through to get my Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions, and my opinions of them upon receiving them and now (after they've been put through hair extension hell).

9 weeks just to end up getting the wrong color??!! Omg, I would have cursed her out without a doubt!! lol Yeah, I'm not getting these..Thanks for the review, love <3 & if she supposedly "Knew" your hair was going to be jet black....why did she send you ones with blinde streaks in them? lol

oh my im a bit nervous now!... i just ordered the 24" deluxe set 2 days ago. i knew that i was gonna wait about a month to get them but i hope that i dont have to wait that long!!! ugh!!!!

OMG, I am with you all the way! I ordered mine October 14th and it's now about to be Christmas. I didn't have them for my birthday or thanksgiving -.- and then when I email them or reach them through Facebook, I feel like they play stupid so they can't answer my concern or problem. I feel like they took my $209.85 and ran away with it. another thing they should have is a phone number because if they're going to make me wait this long an email won't do any justice.

Thanks for the review! I was thinking of buying these but now I won't. Many artisans who make handcrafted products build a website & then get flooded with more orders than they can possibly fill in a timely manner due to the painstaking construction process of their goods. This may be what's happening to this woman - esp if she does everything herself. At those prices, though, people deserve top notch customer service. I hope she makes some changes to her business practices!
