  • @SparklyBidas - you only need to do this move once a day but many T-Tappers like to use it more than once a day to get rid of tension and move lymph.

    @stonecoldtim -- glad to hear you and your towel are G-rated :) and Teresa certainly is an inspiration to many people. You know no matter what fitness method you use, if you apply Teresa's principles you'll get more out of anything you're doing that works for you. As we say -- the best workout is the one that you'll do!

  • @ MiZzRiVeRa86 -- when you use a towel (and I'm afraid to ask what @stonecoldtim is doing with his -- lol) it helps you get better alignment and maintain it. Teresa says that the body takes the path of least resistance...using a towel makes it so that your body can't slack off :) She has a great video called T-Tapp Broom which shows you how to use a broom (or rake or golf club) Use the link on our channel homepage and you'll get a free dvd called Yes You Can too.

  • @womansfitness - I guess we all have our own methods of exercising. I am just grateful that there are women like Teresa providing the inspiration we all need regardless of how we choose to workout. BTW I use the towel for clean up. LOL.

  • I used a towel for my workout while watching this. Doubt I used it the same way she did.
