Sorry , it is only available Japan. If the music box is bought in Japan, it is possible to bring it USA. However, it is not possible to maintain it. Moreover, the arrangement software is only Japanese.

oh cool! its like one of those things on old nice pianos where its got scrolls of paper with holes in them. except on that you just have to hook it in there and it pulls it though itself. I always love that thing

Very, very cool. But have you ever considered that at bigger handel? That would make playing the music box less tiresome.
