He be a con artist alright. I seen him pitching pennies against the wall in the garage at Imperial Palace, and he aint no Chinee guy. No way. I think he be one of them A-rabs or Jews or something. Out of his head, he was screaming at some other homeless dudes, something about "halves" He must have been trying to get back half of all of that money he was losing pitching pennies.
