You still haven't confirmed your position at SGI and what you're thus doing here commenting on my SGI video...

What nonsense - no that's not an "American concept" - it's a common law concept. [in Sask that's become "commie law" rather than "common law"] So where is the SGI justification for this denial of legal rights to non-residents?
-
everyone is "processed" under no-fault. Insurance in the purest form indemnifies, it does not allow for pain and suffering. That's an american concept of entitlment. and section 104 does allow suit for pain and suffering under cretain circumstances
-
Sections 103 and 104 are not related to non-residents - this discussion is about non-residents and section 60 - the question for you; are non-residents injured by an at-fault Saskatchewan driver able to sue - [especially for pain and suffering] or are these non-residents processed under no-fault?
-
Can non-Saskatchewan residents involved in accidents on Saskatchewan roads sue at the fault Saskatchewan drivers or are they the non-Saskatchewan residents processed under no-fault?
-
...what is your connection to SGI?

I am, but I also sit around and read acts and regs for fun, I like to know what I'm talking and debating about

I was born here and - why should I have to leave to get the same rights enjoyed by Albertans and other Canadians?
