[SSF4] Fuerte Highlights vol. 1

Combos, frametraps, and highlights from matches over the last few days. I've been messing around with constant c.mk loop pressure a lot this week.

First combo was an attempt at the 700 club challenge, but 687 seems to be my best on Seth.

@HolyOrderSnatcher I tried, but the startup on non-lk guacs is a few frames longer. I'm not sure if it's impossible or not framewise, but I never got anything other than lk to work.
