Emotions are not based on trash and filth. Heart and soul are above it along. I've already noticed that we ruin ouselves when we act on impulse, what porn is. When a band covers a song, they aren't trying to make it so much like the original that no one can tell them apart (unless it's for technique practice), they try to capture the feeling created by the music... and yes, they lost alot of the Fear Factory "impacting rage" but they created their own chilling sound to match the concept of the song, which is the point...
