The genie is out of the bottle here. The ONLY way to avoid problems is to make government so small that rigging elections is not worth the money nor trouble. Loads of folks know this but the error they make is wanting it all NOWNOWNOW. We didn't get here that way, and we won't limit government that way. Bit by bit, steps in the right direction. Wanting it all now is just a way of either not accomplishing anything (and thus keeping something to bitch about!) or promoting violent revolution.
