I'd say this phone is from around 2000/2002 I had one here in the US when I was in college, very rare since it was pretty expensive then. The "code name" for this phone was "vader" It was on the Cingular network, that version was called the Motorola V3682, this was the time when everyone had a Nokia 3390 and use polyphonic ringtones
