I Love these people who say stuff like "you know other than the chorus being, identical, it sounds nothing alike" haha Yeah you know the chorus, the most memorable part of a song! That's like shooting someone dead and then saying "I didn't kill 'em the bullet did" haha

I agree with what you said about the "hey hey you you" part, and honestly if they are going to compare it because of that then shouldn't they compare other songs too such as "Get off of My Cloud" by The Rolling Stones?

highly possible that she copied... most singers actually do go through oldies for ideas and i think this is what probably happened just that avril made it sound too alike them

the thing is the songs sound exactly the same-its damn near the same hook.
