All thanks to Benjamin Tupper. :-)

  • If anyone deserves 72 virgins in heaven its comrade Fayaz

  • @NotAG4yName

    Poor virgins. :-(

  • @wimsweden seriously, what an incredibly chauvinistic doctrine, to imply that men will earn women, like chattel

  • @bossmonkeykj

    I agree.

  • @TheAtheistTaco I still carry one of my old atheist dog-tags on my key-chain. I received very little discrimination for my atheism in the Air Force. GO for it!

  • @gateman48

that was honestly the first tine he called me out on it but I love him anyway, he is th only one in his family to complete college so he's not an idiot, just religious. I find him still believing in wives tales funny but to each his own

  • @TheAtheistTaco No disrespect but your father is an idiot. Didn't he read the bible, kindness, love and forgiveness. I am very glad that my entire family is Atheist right down to my son, he came to be that way on his own. What makes me ill is watching all the soldiers on their knees before combat getting those little jeeznips shoved in their mouths and getting blessed, like it mattered. It's nothing but a mental band-aid. I hope you achieve your goal as an MP!

  • I'm thankful for this guy serving our country, I plan on joining the navy's masters at arms (military police) and my father said that they won't accept me. I told him there are suck things as atheists in foxholes he threatened to punch my teeth out because "I attacked him", this video proved his ass that I'm right and now we can go on. this guy deserves more then medals

  • @bossmonkeykj

Does it actualy specify FEMALE virgins? O.o

  • Afterlife? Maybe.

    Organized religion.....no,

  • This is a sad story which only goes to show the absence of a divine creator.

  • @Mulinaster Yes it is a belief, but a it's a belief backed up by correlation. Guess what nations have the highest crime rates, murder, rape, theft, etc? I'll give you a hint, they're all populated by a heavily religious community. Look at more secular run countries and these crime rates drop substantially. While correlation doesn't always = causation the fact that the correlation is there makes the belief justified until proven otherwise.

  • @Mulinaster Religion has always been used as the justification so no, I don't think they'd come up with ways to justify murder of little girls for getting an education and other crazy crap without religion. Religion is special in that it puts itself above criticism because it claims to have a supernatural unquestionable being dictating it, without that being you can't convince a populace to justify such cruelty. Sure there's going to be a few people still twisted, but not mass populations.
