I hope someone can answer this for me. I have always watched and wondered what the Rotary Lights on the front of the truck actually do? Whats their purpose? Or are just there for be flashy? Thanks :D

accually MVC stands for Motor Vehicle Collision.......MVA stands for Motor Vehicle Accident

In MA we use MVC - motor vehicle crash...we dont use accident because in court they will fight and say it is an accident when it could of not been an accident
