Freedom Ending-Tapp returns to his apartment as he sees newspaper clippings of Jigsaw being on the loose still and labeling Tapp being a hero of the survivors in the asylum. He still could overcome his obsession with Jigsaw and commits suicide.

Truth Ending-Tapp chases after the dark figure. When he finally catches up with it, it actually turns out to be Melissa in diguise, told by Jigsaw to keep Detective Tapp on track. She open the door assuming that her son is there, but instead trips a booby trap that kills her. Tapp screams, then passes out. He is now strapped to a bed as he has visions of himself playing Jigsaw's games.
