that's what voice classification systems are for, do all singers of the same fach have the same range, vocal timbre or agility, no, but there are generalizations that can be made for most voice types. for instance, the soprano who sings Lakme would destroy her voice if she turned around and sang Turandot (unless we're talking about Joan Sutherland or Edda Moser lol). please save the new age "generalizations are stereotypes" BS. it is neither practical nor safe in this instance

there are small differences. a mezzo's range might be about a minor 3rd lower than a sopranos and a contralto maybe a step below that. the main difference is in passaggio. sopranos have a long middle register, mezzos transition from chest to middle a little higher and from middle to head voice a little lower. contraltos have the longest chest register and a short middle register

the clasifications of mezzo-soprano or soprano, or whatever, have to do with the color of the vouce, not with the pitches they sing. everybody sing the same pitches.
