Replaced my blown b21a1 in my 1990 prelude with a b20a5 with 150k miles.

Old motor smoked near red line ever since I bought the car, and had a rod knock on start up tell it got oil pressure.. Had 212k when it blew. New motor doesn't smoke at ALL, and has zero knock.

Nothing special haha.. Just a video my girl shot as I first started it :)

  • @Towlieee nooooooo i am sorry though, good luck

  • @Kevmo7 32mpg on the new motor, never breaks down or gets me stuck! Had it 6 years, never broke down on me. Even made it home with the old motor with its spun rod bearing haha. $200 for the new motor, $50 on gaskets, now it should be good for another 50k+ miles at LEAST. Going to rebuild this motor either later this winter, or next winter, then it should be good for another 150-250k LOL

  • it lives once again, good swap

  • Niiccceeeeeeedd!
