These clips were taken in September of 2011 a couple of weeks after the natural N.G.A Flamingo bodybuilding championships where I took first place and the over-all..I take video of my self to monitor my condition along with body fat testing and of course the mirror..I put a couple of clips together and put music in the background

It's great to see there's still bodybuilders out there that go for the all natural look & man nothin beats it. You look so incredably ripped & lean it's unreal, hope you keep it that way, the muscle striations are awesome. Do you plan on doin many more vidz? hope so. Would you mind lettin us know out here ( your fans) what your stats are & how many bodybuilding shows ya plan on doin this year & if you'll make vidz of them? absolutely fantastic physique keep it up & have a great day!
