  • It's funny how great I feel with no preventable health problems (excellent blood lipid profile etc.) on a high saturated fat low processed sugar diet...

  • Fat does NOT cause heart disease. It's been known for years that the lipid hypothesis is incorrect. No properly done trials (Randomized Controlled Trials) have ever concluded that saturated fats and other healthy fats have ever cause heart disease. Someday maybe dietitians and nutritionist will be taught the truth... or at least allowed to speak it without losing their credentials.

    Check out Zoe Harcombe's site (google her) and look at 'knowledge' and the article on saturated fat.
