Where are you carrying/resting the bar? In front, behind, or immediately on the collar bone? I ask because I struggle with where the bar is racked; usually, I can front squat only if I cross my arms.

I'm resting the bar on the front of my shoulders. Never on the collarbone itself. Work on your shoulder and wrist flexibility until you can squat with a clean grip. :)
