Fall off the ledge where the double-axe is (0:22-0:26) straight down. The row of the ice spikes ends here and there is a pit leading to a corridor full of stuff (and there is also a bunch of goods can be "hit out of the air".

It's one of the hardest platform games I've ever played. I don't think I've managed to complete the game ever...

I know by my own experience a trick to get inside that ice wall quite close to the beginning where the elevator is. You go to the left side and hammer the wall and jump and stuff and if you get lucky it is possible to go through the wall and skip it to the end of the level.
