@DustinMarks1 , "dirty"...no! That would be mold not dirt. Also, the advice in the video to hang the bladder to dry in the bathroom is horrible. The bathroom is a place that is festering with mold, mildew and fecal matter. Hang it to dry outside and store in a Ziplock in the freezer.

you use a tablespoon of bleach or baking soda (camelbak recommended) you just rinse it a few times over. don't use paper towel since they can be left in the bladder and clog up you tube, use what the company recommends, they don't do it just for fun or for cash its because it works!

On the Camelbak website it says to use hot water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda if you don't have bleach handy. It also says to let it sit for a half hour in the solution. I left water in mine for about a month by accident in my fridge. It got pretty nasty so im giving it a hardcore clean for my hike tomorrow.

i use lemon juice instead of vinegar. works much better

@HUBCITYOUTDOOR I am a member of the clymb . com you can get a Geigerrig bladder for 25 dollars. I do not work for the site or anything its just a really good deal. check it out but hurry up they will run out soon.
