These crimes are so heinous in their effects that any judge should be able to grant a search warrant for a thorough investigation; for now let's slam them with civil charges, and as the criminal investigation progresses, we'll hit them with those charges later. At the very least, they should be charged with something like gross negligance and manslaughter of our economy, and at worst, terrorism and treason.  I believe it is the latter of the two.

Here's a news flash, the American people have been screaming enough is enough and the government turns a deaf ear and does nothing.
