China is awful but Hong Kong doesn't follow the rules of China because it is a separated state like Macau or Taiwan. HK, Macau and Taiwan have their own governments and Parliament but are not recognized as "countries" because Territorial wise they are owned by China. :)

Manila is and SHOULD STAY the capital of the Philippines. 1st Malacanang is there, 2nd the city "Manila" is know AROUND THE WORLD. 3rd, Metro Manila contributes MOST of the Philippine's economy. 4th NAIA is our ONLY airport that will accommodate International flights. 5th Cebu will never be the capital because the peoples minds are not as open or freely or lets face it, not as well educated as Manila's citizens. 6th Why do you wanna change our nation's history? Manila is apart of Filipino pride.
