No Mosque At Ground Zero

When a government is given the power to deny one group the right to build a religious center, they can then deny that right to anyone else. Freedom of speech includes the right to offend others. Freedom of religion means that we can worship whomever we chose and wherever we chose. As long as the building meets all the required building codes and use permits, we have no legal right to tell them that they can't build a mosque. It doesn't matter how much it offends people.

FYI I work for Muslims at an Bangladeshi store, and just so you know, Muslims don't like Christians, and particularly not Jews. When people come into the store they say "Salaam alaikum" (peace be with you) to me, but my boss said that I cannot reply " waalaikum a-salaamu" (and unto you peace) because I am non-muslim. What he is saying is that non muslims do not have a right to peace as Alah hates them. It's ok don't believe me, you'll see once your girlfriend has to wear a burka!
