He's making the connection, implying that if they are trying to reach all walks of life and are choosing to include homosexuals, should they not also include Al-Quaeda? It clearly (intentionally or not) is demonstrative of Bill O'Reilly's view of the gay community. Also, Bill O'Reilly is just a dick.
