I did it myself. Here's the trick: you make 5 pictures with B/W-Noise (you can do it with most graphic editors). And then you save it these pics as Gif animation, better looped. Voila :-)

P.S. The other thing is, it was previously black-white. Now - due some mysterious circumstances it's in color. But I like it this way.
