@phatdrifter truck of the year for one year? wow i should really be afraid. f-150 was truck of the year in 2009. new 5.0L and 6.2L engines are huge improvements over the 5.4. also, have you ever driven the Eco boost? 3.5L twin turbo. any of those would outperform your toyota. Ford also has been the best selling truck for about 34 years now. good thing you have looked up your facts, and based your argument on an award that doesnt mean anything.

Xrunner is a perf truck. F150 isn't. Simple as that. Performance is a package word not just a straight line. BTW my Xrunner never lost. Especially to a f150 ROFL. Let's see the 5.4 put out double HP over stock numbers and not blow .. I did in my 4.0. Video on my page

i have always loved cars. saying that one brand is better than another to me is stupid. I prefer american and euro cars to the jap cars. But in my experience, a car is only as good as how it is maintained and how it is drove. I have seen cars both foriegn and domestic go over 250,000 miles.
Every car has good and bad points to it. if one was perfect, it would be the only one made.
