Goverment would have restrict these companies on how many share holders it can have, for that to work, because companies always care more about the interest of investors due to the money the is being invested towards expansion and profits, that enventually the quality of care get damaged for the sake of cutting costs.

With cell phone plans the number of calling plans are limited to a selected few. While with people we are talking about thounsands of illness and conditions. We are talking about people's conditions and illnesses, as if they are part of a physical product. While patient A might have an illnes that would cost a couple of thousand for the treatment, it will cost patient B 10x that. Need to study more on this formulation sir.
