  • Elliott (and everyone else) can make all the excuses they want. Elliott had Earnhardt knocked clear into the grass sideways and STILL couldn't pass him. He had some nerve to say what he did. Jealousy and envy was all it was. I remember this race and I knew Dale would save it and win. Best race car driver of any kind in any era... period.

  • @crazeejosh LOL thats a good one

  • it's called the "pass in the grass" but it technically wasn't a pass....

  • pretty sure bill could have spun him out point blank and dale would have 360'd the car, kept his foot in it, gone through the grass and still entered turn one on the racetrack with the lead cause i'm damn sure he had chuck norris in there when he pulled off that shyt

  • And all these clips owned by, Facebook, Nascar.com, ESPN etc. How did he get away with it? It was a real display of steering. Not computer added, power steering bs. I cry for you fans that like Raygan Swan.

  • not many people seem to remember this was Tim Richmond's first comeback race...

  • i would have been mad too all that'd run through my mind is

    !!!!!!!!!!

  • elliott coulda dumped him easy. that's not bill's style. earnhardt woulda.

  • @chad2909 Dudes, my DAD (age 73, drives a minivan)is a better driver than Michael Waltrip. MW is THE Worst driver off and on the track.

  • @666jewkid Since leaving DEI Jr has won once and Michael has won zero. All it proves is Dale Jr is a better driver than Michael Waltrip, now that's something to write home about.
