Joe- (in bed, snoring)
Kevin- Joe!!!!
Joe- (groans)
Kevin- (opens his door and throws a pillow at him) rise and shine sleeping beauty!!
Joe- (sits up) what?!
Kevin- sounds like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning
Joe- I haven't woken up yet
Kevin- By the way, it's after 12 and we're meeting the girls at Johnny Rocket's in a half hour (leaves)
Joe- (groans and plops back on the bed) wait, (sits up) A HALF HOUR???!!!
Kevin- (pops his head back in) yes, a half hour (leaves again)
Joe- (gets up and gets dressed as fast as he can)
(at Johnny Rocket's)
Joe- (reading a newspaper, yawns)
Aly and AJ and Miley walk in
Joe- (half asleep)
AJ- good afternoon Joe! (kisses his cheek)
Joe- (yawns) good morning (kisses her)
AJ- it's after 1pm, it's not morning anymore
Joe- it is for me
AJ, Miley and Aly look at Nick and Kevin
Kevin- He's only been up for about 45minutes
Joe- (yawns and puts his head on AJ's shoulder) I just wanna go back to bed
AJ- (pats his head and kisses his forehead) aw, poor baby didn't get enough sleep
Nick- (sarcastic) yeah, poor Joe
AJ- well, it's probably my fault, we talked until 2am at least
Joe- (about to fall asleep on her shoulder) 5:30
AJ- it didn't seem that long
Joe- it was (sits up) but it was worth it
AJ- (smiles)
Miley- well, Joe (sees his newspaper) what's in the news today?
Joe- (looks at the paper again) um, a girl won some horse riding championships, the republicans have revolted against the democrats and there's something about some dude named Rex Mettler
All- REX METTLER!!??
Joe- uh oh
Kevin- what! What happened Joe?
Joe- It says here he broke out of jail
Aly- what?!
Joe- yeah, Mettler left a note saying he would get revenge on the Michalka sisters for putting him in jail
AJ and Aly- (both speechless and terrified)
Miley- um, uh
AJ- what do we do?!
Joe- we won't let anything happen to you guys, right?
Nick- yeah, you're like sisters to me
Kevin- and a little more to me and Joe
Aly- I'm scared
Kevin- you'll be fine
Miley- everything's gonna be okay
Waitress- can I take your order?
AJ- I'm not hungry anymore
Kevin- uh, thanks, but we're gonna head out
(they leave)
(no one says anything for about 15minutes, but AJ finally decides to break the silence)
AJ- guys?
(they all look at her)
AJ- I think we need to go get that box we found and take it to the police now
Kevin- you're probably right
Miley- I know she is
Joe- Let's go
(on HOLLYWOOD)
Aly- this is where we found it (bends down and starts brushing away dirt and rocks)
Miley- (gasps) It's gone!
(there's a square whole where the box was)
Kevin- that means-
AJ- no, no, he- h-
Joe- calm down AJ, everything's gonna be okay
AJ- but he, and I, and (sighs, she starts waving a hand in front of her face)
Aly- AJ are you okay?
AJ- (hyperventilating)
Kevin- she's hyperventilating
Aly- AJ sit down, Miley call a doctor
AJ- no (takes a deep breath and continues breathing a little easier) I- I'm okay
Miley- (puts away her cell phone)
Aly- are you sure?
AJ- I- I just don't know if I can handle something else happening to us Aly
Aly- we'll be okay
Kevin- we promise
Nick- let's do something to forget about it
Miley- like what? (her cell phone rings) hello?
Vanessa- Hey Miley!
Miley- V?
Vanessa- hey are you and the gang busy tonight?
Miley- no, why?
Vanessa- well, me and Ash are throwing a party at my place, wanna come?
Miley- um, (looking at Aly and AJ) I'll call you back later and let you know, kay?
Vanessa- um, (confused) okay, Is there anything wrong?
Miley- uh, no, we're fine (mumbling) for now, but um I'll call you back later
Vanessa- mkay, see ya Miles
Miley- bye (they both hang up)
Nick- what'd she want?
Miley- V's having a party at her house tonight, you guys up for it?
AJ- I think I can handle a party, (under her breath) even though my life was just threatened
Aly- We can take a little fun
Miley- okay, I'll call her later and tell her we'll be there
Joe- cool, so it's 3:30
Aly- 3:30 ALREADY?!
AJ- we have to get ready for the party
Miley- yeah, Oh gosh, what will I where? (gasp) my hair! Oh I have to go
AJ- come to our place
Miley- okay (they all start to walk off)
Joe- Hello! Do we not exist anymore?
Miley- oh, sorry, bye Nick (kisses him) luv you
Nick- Luv you, bye
Kevin- bye Aly (kisses her cheek)
Aly- bye
AJ- good-bye Joe
Joe- (sees that she's still uneasy) bye (kisses her cheek) and AJ?
AJ- hm?
Joe- it'll be okay
AJ- (kisses him and leaves with Miley and Aly)

ok so i know at first we said the dudes name was charles mettler but really its Rex...we just forgot his name till i looked it up charles was his running name till we got his real name sorry if there was any confusion
