It was just the first one I felt was good enough to be on YouTube.
This was the 7th BK episode and before that we had both "StrongBad and HomestarRunner Secrets" (which were made out of legos) and early incarnations of Chinese Ty-Chi Chicken Man.
Jobs, the second BK episode, is the oldest BK on YouTube. The 16th episode of SB&H*R is the oldest of that on YouTube. The oldest plush movie of ours dates back to 2004 and is the origin of Chicken Man. So, I'd say, this isn't our oldest episode.
