My sister used to work at Sephora, and she said that they taught her that what you did with the lighter color on the center of your upper and lower lip, gives you a nice pouty effect to your lips...lol. I never thought to do all the other stuff to my lips (with the liner and such), but I really need to make an investment and step my game up.
