umm ok 1your style is no way near Jeff Carter's. On his 2nd step he crosses his feet and drifts a little bit but recovers on his final step. You do nothing like that. 2 your back swing is not as high as his...almost tho. 3 your follow through is nothing compared to his. 4 he is playing a completely different part of the lane than you are...he is playing more deeper on the lane...you are more straighter. 5 just to improve your game somewhere around 0:23-0:26 you stagger let gravity be your guide.

i dont understand why jeff carter, the approach are totally different.

let me tell u something about ur swing, first try to have it more relaxed. when u reach at the top, make sure ur body is in a stable position, then follow thru and apply whatever amount of hand is needed.
