A street vendor making Shandong Big Jianbing. It comes from Shandong Province and is made on a big, spinning wok, hence the name. Street vendors making this dish are much rarer and more fun to watch than ones making Beijing-style jianbing.

  • There is absolutely no reason for wearing only ONE glove when you use BOTH hands. Lol 2stars for attempting to be sanitary.

  • lol not only did he use one glove...but then he took it off and touched it again LOL....not that I really give a shit about sanitation. The best food comes from the most hidden and grungy places...if your not willing to eat food touched by other people then you will never experience true culture.
