@bvanlier - that is my point - the CEO shown in this video is peanuts in comparison. This is why I say he became a convenient fall guy. Even Madoff is peanuts when you start talking abou trillions of dollars.

I guess the really hard question is what can an average joe schmoe like you and I do? In the past citizens could get a few shotguns and a lenght of rope and take care of things themselves - but nowadays those who protect the crooks within the government have high tech weaponry.
