@TT1478 ..LOL. You and me both! Hearing this little intro gets me a little choked up too. I don't know why? I'm a 38yr old Ex Naval Officer. I've been around the world and done big things; however, this little jingle reminds me of a simpler time. A time when I'd turn off my Atari and TRS-80 Color Computer 2, watch this while I built X-Wings with my Lego set......*sigh*

@navyman4 OH MY GOD.......SHUT UP AND GET OUT OF TOWN..........lol. i was living in St. Croix (virgin island) when those shows used to come on and you couldn't tell me nuffin when they came on like they were soap operas for kids.....lmao!!! i can't remember what age i was when i first started watching these. but if i was watching these back in '82, i was 4 years old and didn't stop watching them until i was 8. and haven't watched them since.........*cries*

I'm 29... watches pinwheel like CRAZY! I think that Nickelodeon brought us a lot of culture and creativity... Programing today needs to step it up!!!

I'm 33 and yes we did have it good back then. Chapi and Chapi happened to cross my mind this morning. I need to tell my brother I found this vid. Either that or make this a ringtone.

i LOVED Pinwheel. I miss it in so may ways. I am 35 ( dont look it at all) . this is when you could leave your kid in front of a tv and no brain damage would be done.. seriously, we had it good.

Just the genius of Pinwheel!

Shows like this gave us such a window into a world of wonderful animation styles. today that type of diversity seems forced and obligated. Back then, it was a wonderful treat.

Pinwheel truly was a marvelous children's show. It's wonderful the way it introduced all of us who grew up with it to these charming and excellent cartoons from around the world. It really deserves more attention than it gets.
