the intent to train realistically is a good 1 but they need proper protective equipment and a decent coach, theres no real emotional consequences apart from mental toughness being developed. No soft chaps are going to train there but the only 1 with issues is the fat coach, have a look at all his videos.
@billysue2 It is street brawling with no thought of the consequences of these injuries.....not to mention the emotional consequences from the bad attitudes developed from training like these loonies do.
@MrDantist100 far from being real karate, virtually none of it is karate. Its mma without proper equipment or safety standards.Do soldiers train by shooting each other with live rounds.
If you were to allow your students to be bloodied up like this in the US, you would be open to all sorts of legal issues. You couldn't get enough insurance to cover it.
I am sure these guys can take the punishment but what is the point if they get permanently injured just to prove they are tough?

@Ronin6575 the risk of injury is too high, not to mention blood borne pathogens, its a disgrace.Youd be injured too often to train consistently.

@the0tobes0machine It's real karate. In Russia, if you go from one district to another at night, you will look like that sitting man.
