I'm not sure about some of them but I do know that the beginning of "Symposium Of Sickness" is a sample of HG Lewis from "The Incredibly Strange Film Show". It's here on Youtube. Maybe the other clips are from similar programs.

I guess the clips are recordings from some medical school lectures . Necroticism is the album that changed the sound of everything. unbelievable compositions and insane sound. and that is almost 20 years now. hard to swallow on the first run but after that ... its like solving the Lament Configuration .. CARCASS ftw
