Upping it for Vegas, there are places for sale in Singapore that have luxury and unique architecture that make this look pretty average. Check out "The Marq at Patterson Hill", each unit in the main tower has a private 15 meter pool catilevered outside the unit. Imagine something like that in vegas, being able to sit in your pool that hangs off the building overlooking the vegas strip.

This amazing 3 story Penthouse in Sky Las Vegas has been sold. Was sold for $4,750,000 and the new owner will spend approx $1 million to decorate it we were told. Compared to prices per sq foot at other Strip located high rise projects for top floor units at the time of sale it was well priced.

It's new and never lived in. Priced at $5.9 million with approx 5,150 sq feet at $1,145 a sq ft which is about $1,400 a sq ft under market compared to other high floor penthouses already being built in Vegas on the Strip. It's a great opportunity for someone who understands the luxury high rise penthouse price points in Vegas, especially an international buyer where the US$ would be half price to them.
