FWA 2008 - Furry Weekend Atlanta 5 Memories! (Furry Pride)

Here's a montage I made from my photos and videos from FWA 5, held February 15-17, 2008 in Atlanta Georgia.

On late Sunday night when FWA 5 was winding down and I was relaxing in my hotel room, I had my Ipod on random play and this song came on. I had heard it a couple times before, but this time I finally paid attention to the lyrics. I felt it would be a perfect song for a montage video. Enjoy!

I ues to think it was a sexual thing but as i took the time to understand it more, i found the truth. They are fans of cartoon/Anime Anthro Characters. That was my wrong doing and i really support the community of what they do.

@wildbilltexas didn't FWA used to be held at Hartsfield-Jackson airport, like MFF is held at the Chicago-O-Hare Airport? I was in Atlanta 3 weeks after FWA '08 got over.... by accident. Snow in st. louis caused me to miss my flight back home, and the plane from Orlando (I was there for my 3rd and last time at WDW) to ATL was delayed by an hour, so I had to spend the night at Hartsfield-Jackson. Too bad I didn't see any furries, even if anyone asked me back then, I'd be like "what's a furry?"

I think...I think what the media does is get something beautiful, and dig in so deep to find every single bad thing about it they can find. And, being a furry myself, take this very offensive; oh, what. One percent of us would yiff? Oh, I'm sorry, maybe 2 percent. *eye roll* What I'm trying to say is, this video and the song that goes along with it really shows what furries truly are, and not what the media makes us out to be. Lahv the vid and song, and DAMN I'M PROUD TO BE A FURRY. (:

I'm not one to scream "Furry Pride", but there's so much feeling going into this video that I want to shout it to the world! I love the video, love the fandom, and love the respect we rarely get but kindly accept.

@wildbilltexas I have to confess I was guilty of the same assumption at first. Oh how I was wrong. And it seems like they love canines which is great cause I work in a kennel, and I'm also a member of Wolf Haven.

I love furries! They're really nice, fun to see, and really good with kids. I can't believe some of these haters out here. When they see walk around characters in Disneyland they don't care but when they see them elsewhere, they're like "Oh boo hoo, they're so evil, yiff in hell, blah, blah, blah." Don't let em get you down my furry friends!

Wow, this is perhaps one of the best, and most honest furry videos I've ever seen. I think it proves a point in itself that, although there are dislikes on this video, there isn't a single negative comment. This one is definitely going in my favorites. That's all just amazing. Furry for life! :D
