No actually Marie, you don't have the right to cheat people just because they make a lot of money.

Does that mean you figured out how dumb your own comment was? If not, then the time period doesn't matter.

I have been in the food industry for fifteen years, and if one of my staff tried anything like this i would kick their ass. any good cook or waitress holds the safety and well being of their customer at the highest regard! Tip or no tip that food must be at the highest caliber and completely safe. I have worked at places like this and quit the first day because the food was unsafe.

Tips are a major problem with restaurants. Restaurants should pay serving staff and put that into the bill.

IF you are dumb enough and rude enough to be a jerk to the person serving you food you get what you deserve

Clearly, people have the right to cause harm to people whom they feel have slighted or insulted them. >_> Although the desire for revenge is understandable, I believe this human vice is a major reason society is necessary. While yes, intentionally insulting a servant of any kind is stupid and wrong, it is common to mistake proper assertiveness with rudeness. It's easy to assume people are just jerks, rather than having a bad day (not to mention, the server may have misunderstood).

Ive been working as a waitress for 2 years and i never spat in anyones food or did those things because i have morals. It really depends on what kind of person u are but It probably happens alot . and its probably not such a good idea to bitch at your waiter
