Ok so what was the ingredients? It looked like flour, but these are supposed to be corn, so is it corn meal? And then you put water in it and thats it?
WAT!! u hav a tortilla press.........and i thot i was watchin a good tortilla video. the best are kneaded with their hands STR8 UP! i like em when their fat and hav big dark spots on them.. AH so good, i havent had a good tortilla in too long. obviously i plan on changing that today. with some help from youtube. BOOM, go tortilla lovers
Hi. In one instruction I saw, it said to put the ball in the press (with plastic on each side), close it and then open it and turn the tortilla 1/4 way around, then press again. That should work. :-)
Oh man, estoy seguro de que cuando terminen de hacer las tortillas, se las comeran con que queso, frijoles y chicharron y un chilito serrano o jalapeño, invitan no sean gachos eh.
