  • Hi there. Since I live in a high rise apartment, I usually do my cardio by running stairs. How may I incorporate HIIT in stairs running? Thanks!

  • @Archergod Yup, you certainly can. Just do the walking portion downstairs or on a flat floor possibly.

  • my friend keeps telling me you need to have carbs ALONG with protein after your workout. Is this true? and if so why do you need the carbs?

    it's my first time i tried this cardio excercise, and it's really hard!

    i could do 5 intervals, the 6th time i had to walk for a minute...

    now i cannot walk normal anymore...!

    I wil do this 3 times a week, the other days i'm doing bodybulding

    My diet is eating more then 300Gr tuna a day and eating as less carbs as i can...

    is this ok? ( its the first time i'm trying to cut.)

  • @KiliNTv I wouldn't eat so little carbs! You should eat something like a 40/40/30 carbs/proteins/fat, your body will be much more effective in the gym and your brain will thank you for giving it the glucose that it needs :) Cutting is about a deficit in calories so just drop your calories a little and keep a good set of macros!

  • Can somebody tell me how to incorporate HIIT with my regular weight workouts? Should I do this on the same day when I hit the gym? Or in between?

  • @KiliNTv dont eat so much fish. that much can get you mercury poisoning. eat more meats and dairy instead of loading up on fish. all deep sea fish have a ton of mercury, and eating to much can hurt you very badly.
