People get judged like that because others dressed that way have gotten up and made videos talking being pimps and smacking hos. Blame it on rappers that talk about getting shot and being in gangs.They get judged unfairly cause of that. The same way white people in the south get labled as rednecks because of Larry The Cable Guy and shows like Hee-Haw.

Just because you do wear baggy clothes, doesnt make you a low life or scum. However, if you go to a interview dressed like The Game or someone, then you are a dumbass. As you said, its common sense.
So its wrong to judge a book by its cover. You dont know who he is, just how he dresses. Anyone can be fooled by that.
