@DuckTheJim well he isn't a spartan. But his armor is the armor of a spartan. Plus the UNSC doesn't "allow" people to be spartans. They choose them and then kidnap them replacing the kids with a flash clone that would die of "natural" causes

mmk, RT hasnt decided to post it in season 10 or 11, but in season 9, there's this silent blue freelancer wearing an odst helmet with the others. during the time where maine/meta is sane and working for project freelancer, the odst freelancer gets a serious head injury causing a coma. when he gets out eventually, he's lost all memories and training and has extreme brain damage.so in case he ever recovered, project freelancer sent him off to a simulation camp and changed his name to Caboose.
