Game Rental Theater - Sonic Riders

Episode 3 of Game Rental Theater has arrived, and man have we ended up with something a little easier than the previous entries :p

Being a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, I thought I would also add Sonic Riders to my rental list. Though it ended up being placed as a medium priority title, it still managed to reach my possession pretty quickly. Regardless, it seemed interesting on paper, though it's pretty rare that I would get a mascot-driven racer these days. (I think the last one I ever got was Crash Nitro Kart, but don't quote me on that.)

The footage for the video has shown two races - taking Tails through Splash Canyon (quite a few dynamic changes in position but I DO redeem myself ^^) and sending Sonic around the Sand Ruins (I DO actually win the race, it's just that it transitions into a cutscene before I cross the finishing line).

I was in too much haste to set up the second microphone, though I was lucky with the volume that came out of my PS2's monitor this time - not being able to drown out my voice for once. I'm starting to get the hang of this.

For the music used, see the Viewtiful Joe segment. Every episode in the set will face the same sets of audio outside my voice and the game footage.

And so, there we go with this showcase. I hope to see you again soon when I get another game in my paws.

You know something? I LOVE SONIC THE HEDGEHOG TOO!^_^ I know that DS games are kind of rare now a days, but I think I might know a pretty good DS game that you could try, how about you try playing 'Rayman Raving Rabbids'. I have both 1 and 2 (yes there are 2 titles of 'Rayman Raving Rabbids') on the Wii. Haven't tried them on the DS, but I have played the PS2 of the First of Raving Rabbids. Anyone could use a good challenge now and again. Just giveing you an idea, comment back and tell me, 'kay?

I appreciate the suggestion, but my personal take on Rayman is that he needs to get BACK IN THE PLATFORMER GAME rather than being relegated by mutant rabbits to partake in minigame fests. I'd probably get the first one when it becomes a bit cheaper, but I still don't see much bright coming through from the Rabbids set.

Get a Wii get Sonic Adventure 2 Battle and you will be a happy Sonic Fan and you will be even happier if you get Sonic Adventure DX Directors Cut, an GBA SP, and the cord to hook up the SP to the Gamecube and in this case the Wii (so you can send Chao from one game to the other) oh and don't forget the Gamecube controller and the Gamecube Memory card.

I like Sonic games too but this game just sucked I mean I don't like racing games there just boring I prefer games where you have a sword.
