  • Material offgas is even more unhealthy .. and everything in your home outgases, especially cloths and plastics and especially new cloths & plastics. Rock and glass outgas the least. Carpets and rugs are awful. Good video. Open the windows and ventilate 24-7.

  • you need to encapsulate the crawlspace with cleanspace. the work that you are doing is only for a temporary basis. you still have to be concerned about the moisture in the crawlspace. also drainage systems may be needed. go to basementsystems.com. the wood will still rot and mold will still grow if you do not stop outside moisture!
